We had 9 shooters compete in our first WMR event. We had a great time. We will be polishing our procedures as we go forward.

An indoor .22 caliber pistol competition starting January 7th at 10 AM in the Indoor Range.
A special target will be used with rings graded from 4 through 10, plus X.
There will be 10 rounds fired into 5 target cards.
Targets will be set at 7 yards.
Cards will be completed in relays of 6 shooters, (based on target retriever availability).
Each relay is limited to 2 minutes of firing time.
Scoring:
Event scoring will be by total score, number of X’s and group size.
Each relay will have only the best card, or cards if tied, advance in the event.
The scoring team will consist of 3 persons that determine card advancement.
Event fee:
Each shooter will pay $10.00 per event. Monies will be dispersed at the end of each event as follows:
$2.00 to NHRC to help cover expenses such as targets, electricity and heat.
$5.00 to the event high score. (Tie breaker will be 1 card shot at 50 feet).
$3.00 to the high consolidated shooter at the end of the month. (Ties broken as above.) Winner must compete each week.
Rules:
Only .22 caliber hand guns are permitted.
Shooters can use one or two hands but no rests.
Open sights and red dots are allowed. No magnifiers or scopes.
Each shooter will use the same gun throughout the days event.
Weapons will be cased and uncased at the firing line only. Hard or soft cases are allowed.
